2941's Fall Wine Dinners are focused on the outstanding wines in Sommelier Stefano Cappelli’s collection. The wines will be paired with special menus created by Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel. These exclusive dinners will only accommodate 12 guests.

Rare is the vintage with the ripeness, balance and fruit expression shown by
this 2002 Burgundy. Medium-deep red-ruby. Aromas of black cherry and red roses.
Fine-grained and vibrant in the mouth, with persistent flavors of black fruits, licorice and
orange peel. Rich but dry and classic, with lovely balancing acidity and a very long finish.
